Batı Ege Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. is an investment company established to develop new investments in the real estate sector in Denizli and the entire Aegean Region. It was established on 05.07.2011 in cooperation with Sinpaş Yapı, the leading company of the Turkish real estate sector, and Baltalı Grup, one of the leading investors in the textile sector and the Aegean region. These two organizations, which are pioneers in their fields, have joined forces by combining their knowledge and corporate talents in the real estate sector.
Batı Ege Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş., which started with the synergy of two successful companies, made its first investment in Denizli with AquaCity and AquaMall AVM, which is Denizli's first mixed-use housing and shopping center project. Batı Ege Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. has demonstrated to the public that it will be a company that will make a name for itself in Denizli and the Aegean Region by implementing a project built on a total area of 228 thousand square meters.
Aquacity; Built on an area of 228 thousand square meters, the project is a mixed-use project that includes houses with different concepts, two multi-storey residence towers, children's playgrounds, organic market, food and beverage areas and a shopping centre. It has become the new meeting point of Denizli and the Aegean with its unique concept, shopping areas and social facilities.
Other investments made for the project are; It consists of a 3,000 square meter themed playground, a 2,000 square meter indoor sports center, cafes, restaurants and shops. The design of commercial stores suitable for rental was prepared by the Belgian architectural design agency.
