Batı Ege Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. is an investment company established with the aim of developing new investments in the real estate sector in Denizli and the entire Aegean Region. It was founded on July 5, 2011, through a collaboration between Sinpaş Yapı, a leading entity in the Turkish real estate sector, and Deniz Tekstil, a prominent investor in the textile industry and the Aegean region. These two pioneering organizations joined forces, combining their expertise and corporate capabilities to venture into the real estate sector.
With the synergy of these two successful companies, Batı Ege Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı embarked on its journey and brought its first investment to life in Denizli, with AquaCity and AquaMall Shopping Center, the region's first mixed-use residential and shopping center project. By undertaking a project spanning a total of 228,000 square meters, Batı Ege Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı demonstrated its commitment to becoming a significant player in Denizli and the Aegean Region.
